What we collect

When you request a quote, book a camera, use the chat assistant or contact us, we collect the details you give us. This is usually your name, phone number, email, company and site address, and information about your property or project.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services, and contact you about them. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with people who help us deliver our services, such as installers, monitoring partners and IT providers, or where the law requires it.

Camera footage and number plates

Footage from cameras and trailers we install or hire out, including number plates captured by ANPR cameras, is handled under your service agreement and Victorian surveillance and privacy laws. Our trailer cameras record video only, with audio recording turned off. We only access footage or plate data for support, maintenance, or when lawfully requested, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.

Chat assistant

Messages you send through the website chat assistant may be processed by our service providers to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Storage and security

We keep your information on secure systems with access limited to our team and the providers who help us deliver our services. We only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Website, cookies and analytics

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use our website and which ads work. These tools use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, but not your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you send an enquiry form, your details are emailed securely to our team.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
